Sidekiq Ltd is an AI solutions agency that specialises in providing customised AI-powered services for businesses. We do not develop standalone software products but integrate, implement, and optimise AI-driven solutions to enhance business operations through automation, lead qualification, and customer engagement.

3. Customised Service Agreements
Since every client engagement is unique, Sidekiq Ltd does not offer standardised service packages. All contractual terms, including service scope, pricing, and commitments, are agreed upon separately with each client and detailed in an individual contract.

4. Third-Party Services
Sidekiq Ltd integrates AI solutions with third-party providers to enhance functionality and efficiency. While we facilitate setup and optimisation, we are not responsible for the reliability, performance, or pricing changes of these third-party services.

By using Sidekiq's Services, you agree to:

6. AI Service Limitations
While AI-powered services are designed to improve efficiency in handling calls and qualifying leads, they are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. Occasional misinterpretations, response delays, or errors may occur due to external factors such as call quality, data inputs, and system integration. Sidekiq Ltd will make reasonable efforts to improve performance, but the Customer acknowledges that results may vary.

7. Payments and Fees

Payment terms, including pricing, billing cycles, and invoicing, are defined in individual agreements.

Payments must be made according to the agreed terms to avoid service suspension.

Cancellation policies and renewal terms will be outlined in each specific contract.

8. Data Privacy and Security

9. Intellectual Property Rights

Customers own their proprietary data and grant Sidekiq Ltd a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of delivering Services.

Customers shall not copy, modify, or distribute any Sidekiq Ltd proprietary solutions without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sidekiq Ltd provides Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Customer in the last three months preceding any claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Sidekiq Ltd harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

Any unauthorised or improper use of AI-generated outputs.

12. Termination
Sidekiq Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or fail to meet contractual obligations. Upon termination, all granted licenses will be revoked.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. If significant changes occur, we will notify you via email or through our website. Continued use of the Services after updates constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
